I know it's all over blogger but I literally CANNOT wait to get my hands on this issue of V magazine! Yes,I guess we all agee she's gorgeous butttttt......she's not really plus sized is she? Of course by fashion industry standards she's straight up ginormous (Personally I'd rather have womanly curves than look like a pre-pubesent boy thankyouverymuch) but it's not exactly Beth Ditto x Love magazine is it? Hmm.

haha still the best come back ever!
Whenever I think of or see anything yellow,I think back to that lame-o joke! lol high school days were the best.
Just came back from Xmas shopping on Oxford St :| not fun.
I thought I would wear some yellow today,to add some brightness in this crappy weather. It was dark at half 3 today! :( Also when wearing bright yellow no one can barge you and send you flying across the pavement and say they didn't see you... *gives evil eye*
cheeks: mac superduper natural blush
lips: mac freckletone && mac syrup
UD pocket rocket lipgloss in Kirk
oh yes..and it's snowing. AGAIN :|
I think you know you're not a kid any more when instead of saying "YEAHHHRRRR" when you see snow you are just like "UGH SNOW.How am I going to get to work/college/uni or whatever else you have planned that day. Hmm to be 6 again...
This is what outside my house looked like... bearing in mind it was 4 in the afternoon....
What's the weather like in your neck of the woods? Someone please reply and say they live in like,Miami or something, because I'll be paying you a visit to get away from this coolllldd!

It's nearly that time of year again!
Christmas is a time of sharing and caring, togetherness and bonding with your dearly loved ones in rememberance of little baby Jesus... it's also a time when you can demand all the goodies you wanted over the year that you coldn't be bothered to save up for... and if you beg hard enough you will find a few of them under the tree come Christmas morning. :)
Here's my hit list:
1. beach waves like zoe kravitz- I always try and they never turn out right :(
2. A shiny new laptop. A "friend" broke mine. >:(
3. granny shoes.
4. a sewing machine. I have 3 sewing machines but somehow think a new one will help me sew better (at all?)
5. Chloe Sevingy x Opening Ceremony leopard print cardigan- It's not going to happen but I've wanted one since..EVER. And the buckle wedges..... *sigh*
6. MAC,NARS,OPI blah blah blah
7. red tights a la Blair Waldorf.
8. Books! From Amazon. That SOME HOW always get delivered to the house next door. And when I ask them they say they've never seen them.... *suspicious face* :|
That's all I can think of for now... I'll post a FOTN as soon as I dig out my camera!
What are you hoping to get for christmas?

wow it's been a while since I've done a haul post.I went on a little bit of a nail polish spree last week and my goodies came in the post today!
I got 8 polishes in total for a very reasonble 40 quid! I'm really into vampy reds and purples on my nails at the moment too!
And these ones were OPI polishes I've been curious about for a while and decided to finally try them out!
My favourites so far are You Don't Know Jacques which is such an unusual colour,I was wary of buying this because I saw on Clumps of Mascara that it looked kind of muddy on darker skintones but I swatched it last night and I LOVE IT! I'm not going to rock in on my toes, because it might look like I have some crazy nail fungus or something. Not cool. lol
And my next love is Russian Navy- I lost it in Manchester the second time I wore it and spent ages trying to find a dupe for it- Barry M, Models Own... but it wasn't the same! Any other cool nails colours I should try?
Okay..so I'm having a teeny tiny blog sale. I have a teeny tiny problem..with buying nail polish...I don't even have long nails but if I see a colour that I like I just *have* to have it! I have over 50 nail varnishes and only 10 fingers and 10 toes so needless to say I've gotta let some of this stuff go!
First up Nails Inc : Saville Row and Hanover Square. £5 each or both for £9 including postage.
Secondly OPI's. Baguette Me Baguette me not and Kreme de la Kremlin. From the France collection and Russian collection respectively. £6 each or £11 both including postage.
If you are interested leave your Paypal address in the comments and I'll send you an invoice. Internationals please email me first and I'll let you know the price of postage. I send all my items by recorded delivery.
Anyways I hope everyone has a lovely weekend! FOTN coming tomorrow!

I have a little fetish for chunky black lace up boots atm. I've seen a few pricey ones by Chloe and Miu Miu buuttt there are cheaper alternatives for us that are less financially blessed. I lovee these boots so much because they are perfect for people like me who can't walk in high heels to save their life-the chunky heel seems to counteract that perfectly! I already have the brown ones from Primark (£18!!!) so I'm on my way to pick one of these beauties up!
I'm not sure which ones to get? They are practically the same! Has anyone got them? Are they comfy? Hmmm...
FOTD coming soon and pics from my Carnaby St haul!

The amazing WAH nails opened a pop up salon in Selfridges, last week. I booked an appointment for the first day! The girl next to me was getting pearls and diamonds put on her nails- they looked sooo cool!
I got Minx nails-which are basically printed panels that are applied with heat to your nails. They last up to two weeks and don't chip. They've been seen on the likes of Katy Perry,Beyonce,Kerri Hilson and Lady Gaga!
I went for this:
Another example of kickass MINX patterns! I'm not generally a fan of florals but these are so pretty!
More pics of work created by the talented WAH nails staff!

So... my three monthly uniform allowance is approaching and I still can't decide what to get! I've narrowed it down from a pair of super duper skinny Jamie jeans and a striped top to just a pair of boots.
Its these but in brown with a cream cuff. Butttttttttt I don't know if I should..I have to wait another 3 months to get something decent again!
Any recent hot Topshop purchses?

I know it's a good few weeks away but I look forward to the event ALL YEAR! This year to keep my bank account away from the red and to avoid slightly drunken impulse purchases (damn those free cocktails!) I've made a STRICT list of what I'm getting!
Ruby Woo L/S
Satin taupe e/s
Unisex Slim Slack in black
Unisex Sheer Jersey Deep V t-shirt in black, white, navy & asphalt
plain black ballet flats
quilted black hi top Converse
And that's it! It will most likely shrink dramatically due to the fact that money, unfortunately does not grow on trees. And I have books for class to buy. And it's less than a month until Christmas. And I'm going to NY in 3 months...
Aw,mannnnn. Time will tell!
November 12th! See you there!

I went to a Halloween party on Friday.
I was meant to go as a vampire but due to the postal strike my stupid fangs didn't arrive on time! So I went as a dead hooker lol!
I added to blood afterwards and my dress was strictly rated 12A!
What's everyone doing for Halloween ?
Mineralize Skin Finish Natural in Dark
Mac Blush in Pinch Me
eyelashes from some random shop
Beauty Factory 120 colour pallette from Ebay
No 17 lipstick in Diva
Red colour eyeshadow from 120 palette
soory for the stupid fishy faces- I always seem to make this face when I wear bright lipstick?
p.s: Can everyone see my fonts okay? Apparently you might not be able to see them if you don't have them installed on your own computer?!

Here are some of my most anticipated and admired looks for S/S '10!
We saw it on the F/W 09 catwalks of Dior with frosty lilac and mid-berry toned shadow and it's trailed all the way through to next season. As seen on the gorge Miss Donaldson at Versace. Now its a lighter, less intense wash of lilac along the eyelid and along the waterline.Teamed with a pink, nudish lip this look is perfect for a lazy picnic in the park and a pastel sundress! I loveee purple because it makes brown and green eyes really POP!
(did anyone actually do that "half-moon" manicure, that everyone was raving on about? I wasn't too keen,it looks so weird to me!)
To do the blackest of black smokey eye I swear by MAC in Carbon ( of course!) and Urban Decay Glide on 24 in Zero
Bare Faced Chic
The "Ken dumped me!"
So that's my round up! Any looks that you're looking forward to wearing this spring?

My skin has been going out of control lately. I have always had fairly "normal" skin but recently have noticed it being majorly oily and I have a few dark marks from previous spots :(
I was perusing Specktra and saw a recommendation for African Black Soap that they were selling on Coastal Scents. So I was in a black Hair and Beauty store today and decided to pick this up:
It looks like this:
It cleanses, nourishes and protects your skin while leaving your skin feeling soft and fresh.
Cocoa Pod Ash
Palm Bunch ash
Lime & Lemon juice and oil
My skin felt a little tight afterwards and it's recommended that you follow up your cleaning routine with some unrefined shea butter but I feel that any rich moisturiser will do. I find shea butter way too greasy for daytime use. I'm going to keep on using it and see how it goes!
Next I got:
I suffer from really dry, cracked skin in the winter and with the cold season fast approaching I was looking for something that would really hold up this season.
My sister also bought me the infamous GOSH Darling. Somehow I thought it would be like MAC's Fresh Brew (horrible in the tube-divine on) but I was horribly mistaken. It literally makes me look like a corpse. There a quite a few available at my nearest Superdrug so if anyone wants one let me know,I'll be more than happy to post one over.
Has anyone else had one of those- " I soooo thought it would look good but it soooo doesn't" moments? (I thought blue eyeshadow was the sh*t when I was about 11. CRINGE!)
